Plans and billing
Free trial
Section titled “Free trial”Every new account starts with a 15-day free trial. No card is needed to start. The trial includes AI credits and template messages so you can try everything properly. Choose a plan any time before the trial ends to keep going.
LoopChat has three plans, Launch, Sprint and Turbo, plus Enterprise for larger teams. You can pay quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Prices are for the whole period and don’t include GST.

All prices are + GST.
Plans differ in how many team members you can add, how many AI credits you get each month, and which features are included. For example, the Developer API and custom webhooks come with Turbo and Enterprise. See the full comparison on loopchat.in or in Settings → Billing, under Compare features.

WhatsApp message charges
Section titled “WhatsApp message charges”These charges are billed separately from your LoopChat plan. Make sure you have a payment method set up for them: see Add a payment method in Meta and WhatsApp and AI credits. If you’re not sure how message charges are billed on your account, email hello@loopchat.in.
Manage your plan
Section titled “Manage your plan”Your plan and billing live under Settings → Plan & billing:
- Subscription: your current plan, upgrades and renewals
- Billing: usage, credits, add-ons and invoices
- AI Wallet: buy extra AI credits
Only the workspace owner and admins can change the plan or billing.
