Meta business verification

Business verification happens inside Meta, not LoopChat, so we can’t submit it for you. But everything it unlocks, such as higher sending limits and bigger broadcasts, shows up in LoopChat straight afterwards.

  1. Open Meta Business Suite settings.
  2. Go to Security Center.
  3. Look at your Business verification status.

If verification hasn’t started, you’ll see a button to start it.

Your chances of approval go up a lot when these are in place before you apply:

  • Your website is live, uses HTTPS, and clearly shows your business name, address and phone number. These must match what you enter in Meta.
  • If you’ll verify by email or domain, use an email address on your website’s domain, for example info@yourcompany.com.
  • If you’ll verify by phone, make sure the number can receive a call or text. If the line has an automated phone menu, switch it off for now so the call reaches you.
  • Your business name matches across your website, Meta and your legal documents. If the names differ, it should be obvious they’re the same business.

Meta asks for official documents that prove your legal business name, address and phone number. The list of accepted documents depends on your country. Meta checks them against government records (for example the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in India), so accuracy matters more than quantity.

See Meta’s accepted documents by country. Commonly accepted documents include:

  • Certificate of incorporation
  • Business registration or licence
  • GST certificate
  • Business bank statement
  • Utility bill (for your address)

Make sure that:

  • The business name on the document matches the name in Meta exactly.
  • The address and phone number are easy to read.
  • The documents are current, not expired.
  • Scans or photos are clear.
  • You choose the right document language.

Any mismatch or out-of-date detail leads to a rejection or a request for more documents.

  1. Open Meta Business Suite settings and go to Security Center.
  2. Click Start verification.
  3. Enter your legal business name, address, phone number and website, matching your documents.
  4. Choose your business from the list Meta suggests.
  5. Confirm the details that will show on your Meta profile.
  6. Upload a document that proves your legal business name.
  7. Upload a document that proves your address or phone number.
  8. Choose how to verify: email, phone call or domain.
  9. Enter the code you receive and submit.
  • Review takes anywhere from 3 working days to 4 weeks.
  • Meta emails you when you’re approved.
  • You can also follow progress in Security Center.

If Meta asks for more documents, reply in the same request rather than starting a new one.

  • Your WhatsApp sending limits go up.
  • Broadcasts and automations can reach more customers each day.
  • Meta trusts your business more.

You can see your current limit in LoopChat under Settings → WhatsApp Channel, in the Facebook details section of your number’s card, next to Message Limit. See Sending limits and quality rating.

  • Fill in every field under Business info in Meta.
  • Make sure your WhatsApp number is fully connected in LoopChat.
  • The button usually appears once these are done.
