Connect your catalogue to WhatsApp in Meta

Your catalogue and your WhatsApp Business Account are separate things in Meta. Linking them is a one-time step you do in Meta.

Steps

1. Go to Meta Business Suite settings.
2. Under Accounts, choose WhatsApp accounts, then pick your account if you have more than one.
3. Open WhatsApp Manager for that account.
4. Under Phone numbers, check that your number is connected.
5. Open Catalogue.
6. Click Choose a catalogue and pick yours from the list, or search by name.
7. Click Connect.

Changing the catalogue later

Once connected, a Disconnect option appears. Only use it to switch to a different catalogue.

Caution

Disconnecting hides your products from WhatsApp until another catalogue is connected. Any bot that sends products stops working until then.
